What do you do to loose the baby weight ladies? I wanna get back in shape!
I just cut all the crap out of my diet. Limit my fat intake and my calorie intake. I go to the gym when I get chance, which is rare now so probably once a week on average 🙈 took me 5 months to get back to my pre baby weight (lost 2 stone), with a months break because I just gave up and accepted that I was going to be chunky forever 😂
I have another 10kg to loose by the summer to be at my pre uni weight! Xx
But once the Easter Holidays are over and Maya is back at Nursery I’m going everyday without fail! Going to force myself xx
I actually lost weight when pregnant, 2 stone due to nausea the first trimester. I put one stone back on during the final 2 months
Then I lost it within a week or 2 after birth just by breast feeding. But I’m still big as I was big before I became pregnant xx
