Infants age 3 months are too heavy for it? Seems like a waste of money if what you said is true. From what this says, they’re dying from rolling out of it.

Babies weren’t strapped in and they all rolled over, so I guess their face was against the head part

It just says not to use it past the weight/age limit and buckle your child in. Common sense is not so common.
