So the right side of my left boob and the left side of my right boob to the middle of my chest kinda has a warm/burning feeling.

Sounds like a clogged duct maybe. Try to nurse baby or hand express to clear it.

He’s been eating every 1-2 hours today and stays on the boob for a good while.
