RelationTIP for today (get it, relationSHIP, but tip... 😜 I'm cracking up over here at myself) ANYways... watching Thad work today reminded me how good it is for us to learn and care about our spouse's work - whether they're at home or in a workplace - to be interested and genuinely care about it because it's what they do! It's easy to get stuck in the "how was work" | "good" routine. But what DO they do on a daily basis? What stresses them out, what are they good at, what do they want to improve on, what do they love/hate about their work? Watch them if you can, admire and appreciate them for the things they can do that you can't, and even for the things they do that you could. It builds respect which is kiiiiiinda big in relationships y'all! 📷 @jpmilligan
