Anyone know if my ex can claim my children on his income taxes even though they don't live with him and no visitation right from him and he doesn't see them and the custody is mines

If he has their SSN and information technically he can. But it's fraud.

He can't claim dependants on his taxes if he doesn't have custody or anything to do with them. He could be audited and he would also need social security numbers for each child anyway and without them he can't claim them

I mean technically he can....but if you provide (I believe it’s 60%?) of their care and can prove that he will have to pay the refund back and it gets super complicated for him because he committed fraud 😬

He can yes but it’s fraud. My brother in laws ex wife always does this. But he doesn’t do anything to stop it so 🤷🏻♀️
