We’re measuring a week ahead. Does that mean anything ? Cuz I wouldn’t mind if he came a week early 😂
No it does not change your gestation or how far along you are. I’ve been measuring three weeks ahead since 24 weeks because my son is large (our last boy was 9’14) Doesn’t mean you deliver any earlier :) Some do some don’t it just depends on your body. Out JJ measured 2 weeks ahead and he came 2 days before his due date just a hair under 10 pounds 🙊
My sister measured about 3-4 weeks ahead her whole pregnancy. Baby still came at 39 weeks. I, on the other hand, measured pretty spot on and he came at 38 weeks.
I measured ahead. My babies were larger than normal too. Could just mean your dates are off a week or your baby is a little larger. I had both without complications. 9.7lb and 10.10lbs.
But if you had an early ultrasound those dates should be more correct than what you’re measuring now.
No it doesn’t change your due date or gestation at that many weeks. Ultrasound scans are based on averages it simply means her baby is measuring larger then others in that percentile. They don’t change dates after a full dating scan has been established. It makes her 30 weeks and baby measuring larger then others in that weeks national average.
Medically it doesn’t mean anything. Due date stays the same. Just means a week ahead in size ☺️
