So I never drink soda I don't even buy it but lately I've been drinking root beer it just tastes so good I don't probably even go anywhere close to the 200 mg limit a day but I still feel guilty lol

Most root beer is caffiene free lol. You're definitely safe to drink it.

I’ve never heard of root beer having caffeine, you’re fine to drink caffeine free things, the limit is only for caffeinated drinks

Most root beer doesn’t have caffeine. One brand does (can’t remember) but you’re totally fine drinking caffeine.

Barq’s root beer has caffeine but no where near the 200mg limit it’s 22mg so you’re all good if you’re drinking Barq’s. That’s my favorite root beer so I do drink it whenever I get a chance.
