I've had the worst anxiety since having Owen. Finally gave in and saw a doctor today and he has prescribed Sertraline and he also gave me some Lorazepam for when I'm experiencing severe anxiety and panic attacks. I was on Sertraline back in uni and hated it but we're going to try again and hopefully it'll make a difference. Hoping I'll finally start being able to leave the house without my partner soon. Onwards and upwards! 😊
