Went for my growth scan yesterday. Baby isn’t measuring big after all... phew!!
I do have lots of fluid which explains the big bump.

I had a growth scan yesterday too I’m 32+2 my boy is estimated around 3lb 9oz did they say what yours was? Xx

@kedwards85, ahhh my smallest baby at 37 weeks is 6lb 3oz I was really expecting this baby to be much bigger as my bump is so big now I’ve never had a big bump but I do carry a lot of water too so probably that aswell! Xx

with my last baby I had a scan at 36 weeks and they told me she was already 7lb 5oz and predicted to be 8lb 13oz for induction at 39 weeks. She was born at 7lb 15oz so it wasn’t very accurate.
They’ve never been able to measure this baby’s head circumference because of the position she lays in. It is what it is I suppose... my friend has 10lb babies! Xx

@kedwards85, oh wow really?! My growth scans have always been pretty accurate really but I have heard of people’s scans/estimated weight to be completely wrong, but I’ve heard bigger the baby the easier to push out.. hoping it’s true as I have a feeling he’s going to have a major growth spurt in the next few weeks😂xx
