So our hormones tank right before a period so it still might be hormone related. Aspirin is a blood thinner and might help with the headaches. Also drink plenty of fluids

@monkeysmommie01, you can actually take them at the same time. Just be sure you’re able to sleep or at least rest when you take it

Im not on any right now. I get them a day or 2 before I start and they are horrible.
