I know this is gonna sound really small to some people but I am so freaking proud of myself right now! Since my anxiety went out of control about 2 years ago I hadn’t been able to drive without serious panic attacks. Over the last few months I had been driving just up the road and back with either my mom or my brother in the car with me Incase I panicked. But today I drove by myself with just my daughter! I drive us about 5 minutes up the road to Taco Bell to get us some lunch and I didn’t have a panic attack I was nervous but not near as bad as before. I finally feel like I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel. I’m so happy and proud right now 😊😊😊😊😊😊
