Oranges are high in folic acid. Leafy greens are high in folic acid too like Broccoli, kale, spinach. Bananas have B12 which helps with nausea. Lean protein is important too. Chicken is always a good choice.

My 2 faves when I was pregnant with my girls were:

-Turkey sandwich with mandarin orange or baby carrots on the side

-Town house crackers, Cracker Barrel white cheddar cheese and a honeycrisp apple 😌
