hello, spring! this is a pesto spaghetti with an Japanese spin. it looks pretty but it doesn’t taste quite right so will be making again and again all day. been hard at work creating plenty of new recipes, videos and plenty of other random shit for my new website! I haven’t had a site since 10 years ago (maybe like, 8 of you knew about it) but that thing changed everything. I learned that a hobby that made me and a handful of people happy could be a job that made me and a lot of people happy. “Is this braggy? I don’t mean to be braggy” (Pam Beasley) but really. I’ve really enjoyed cooking for you guys and being able to talk to you here, on the Twitter, everywhere. For now and the next month I will continue to be bustling about my kitchen, throwing random shit into pots and pans, hoping you love it!! I love you guys. Thank you for giving me purpose!
