What would be the best ways/remedies to loose ur stomach after c-section
Oh okay thank you is there anything to take to help or just exercise Bc I do a lot of walk-in around especially at work .
@aldianabesic1998, just make sure you’re eating a balanced diet.
i would start with cardio (walking, running, jogging) until you feel fully healed in your abdomen. and then id use a combination of cardio and core exercises. don’t try any strenuous core workouts until you feel ready, but once you’re ready it’ll help tighten everything back up.
