I did and they offered me $10 credit. That’s nothing 🤦🏻♀️ I just got an email this morning saying they were going to refund me full price and send me my package anyways. So lucky me in that sense.
When it was marked out for delivery it showed me a map of the driver. It was literally 5 minutes away. Then hours later I call customer service and they told me the driver to my package back to the station. Why?!
