ΠΠΎΠΌΠΌΠ΅Π½ΡΠ°ΡΠΈΠΈ
I normally fall asleep around 8am then up every hour to pee until about 2-4 then up all day and all night. I canβt seem to get on a schedule. Some nights I sleep all the way through the night other times I stay up all through the night
