The worst sickness for a mom with anxiety : nausea. Ugh i hate it.. Been throwing up all last night and this morning. And oviously having anxiety I w9rry about getting up for fear of more vomit.

? I was on my way home from picking my DD up. Stopped at a red light and the lady next to me had her newborn in the front seat (rear faced). It was a van, no kids in the back seats. I pray they have safe travels and someone tells her how it is unsafe. I couldn't get her attention or I would have. It gave me anxiety.
