yeah he was giving her $300 a month she wanted more and took him to court for $600. Judge told her that’s ridiculous for the cost of living in the reservation and told her, he was going to drop it to $250 a month. My Brother stepped in and told the judge he’s been and can continue doing $300 a month. He got a no contact order in the mom, so her mother does all the transfer with the child.

thats sounds the the right things to do.. to make sure the mom doesn’t use the money to her self the grandma helps and he decided not to cut down 😌 much respect for dads like that.

My bil pays his ex’s $600 month house payment because they broke up and she won’t leave, so he moved and is paying it and buys what his kids need for when he has them and up until last month paid her $400 car payment too, and she still calls him deadbeat. They got $9800 total in taxes from his work and 2 kids and she took it all out of the bank when it came in without telling him and kept it.

@xomarylee, they aren’t married and he took her to court last week and she claimed common law marriage so he has to prove that they aren’t actually married the judge said before he can get her removed from the house. It is in his name only, and the car is in his and his dads name. She dropped it off at his moms when she used some of the tax money and bought herself a car. She broke up with him right after he signed on the house and now she’s trying to get back with him and threatening to keep his kids away and is harassing him and his girlfriend.

that’s a lot 💔 people really should be careful who they have kids with. The kids are precious but sometimes the other parent makes life’s so much harder for the kids to live in a happy environment 😪💔

hey were together since they were 15, she got pregnant at 16 the first time. It was one of those things I guess he wanted to keep the family together. His mom BEGGED him not to have a relationship with her before they started dating, she was originally with his twin brother and left him for Ricky. After 5 years she got pregnant again. She’s been pretty psychotic the entire time from what I’ve heard. But I’ve only known her for years-ish. Crazy that whole time. She’s the one who told me husband (bf at the time) that I was cheating on him and my daughter wasn’t his because she wanted us to break up so her sister could be with him.
