If my father in law doesn’t stop asking why my son isn’t having a birthday cake for his party tomorrow I’m gonna flip. My son doesn’t like cake. Never has. We got cupcakes for his first birthday and my son didn’t touch them. He has asked on 6 different occasions. I told my husband to make sure he doesn’t ask about it tomorrow in front of everyone. Idc if my fil wants a cake. It’s not his party and he isn’t paying for it.

@mamaof2soon, @ek_, I’m getting cookies and munchkins. We’re having his birthday at a Mexican restaurant. He keeps saying “get him a bubble guppies cake” and my husband tried explaining it. I tried explaining it. My fil is also a diabetic and shouldn’t even be having cake. He won’t leave it alone. My mil does it too. They push how they did things on us. And I always want to say, you got to do things your way 3 separate times. Please let us do this our way.

Sounds like he wants the cake cause he shouldn’t have it. I’m petty so I might buy a cupcake and bring it to the party and sing to him. Maybe it will embarrass him enough that he’ll listen the next time. 😅😅😅

Have you given your little boy some type of cake since his 1st birthday? My dd didnt care for hers at her 1st bday but by her second she couldn’t get enough.

We tried the other day. He doesn’t like sweets. 🤷🏽♀️ his dad doesn’t either. He’ll eat a cookie sometimes but not often.

My kids the past 2 years didn't eat their cake so this year we are doing 🍩 🍩 🍩! Their birthday falls on national donut day anyways! Hopefully your little enjoys his day!! 🥳
