Did any other mama have a breastfeeding anniversary party? When I told my mom I wanted one she looked at me funny. Like I was a cake shaped like a boob and everything! Lol am I nuts? I just went through so much when it came to breastfeeding from lip ties to thrush, to busted nipples and milk production but STILL I will have managed breastfeeding in some degree with my LO and I’m so proud. Don’t need to be a huge thing but I think it’s something to commemorate.

It should be celebrated! It’s a huge accomplishment... it’s a hard thing to stick too. It’s such an emotional roller coaster

yes! I keep meaning to do that! My mom did get me. A gift card and I have a bag of milk in the freezer for it thank you for reminding me!
