I need life advice.. would you stay at a job that just totally sucked but the money was so good or take a job with less money but you would be happy? My other half and I work on the same job and he is being treated so crappy and I can’t handle it 😔

Oh yeah. I just hate the thought of living in two different states. I know people do it all the time but it’s not for me

Depends how stable my family's financial situation was. I would not quit a higher paying job to have a happy work environment if it meant my family was going to struggle from the pay decrease. The pay decrease will inevitably lead to stress and not make the circumstances better

I quit my job from a hostile work environment. It was the best decision because ultimately the stress did more damage to me than any pay decrease could. It's really up to the person and how they can cope.

I would quit and be happy. I would never work for a job who treated me like shit just for the money. Is there a chance for a raise after a while at the happy place? Lol if so fck it do it and something else would come by if need be. I quit so many jobs because I dreaded it. Where I'm at now I love it and has been my longest job
