Anyone use a humidifier with a newborn if so which kind? I have a Vick’s vapor one but can’t decide wether to get the pad refills or liquid

Ok I have the Vick’s vapor humidifier but the pads that go in them says not to use with babies under 10lbs 😣 but he sounds so congested at night
