i hate letting her cry, but literally nothing is working...
it’s the opposite with me. she was so calm and sweet and didn’t cry ever almost up until she started teething... 😩 i don’t know what else to do... she’s playing now and eating and being perfectly normal, but i can tell her mouth is just killing her. 😔
@ananix16, that’s what happened with my middle daughter. She was awful during teething. All my kids were honestly different but she was the worst. It gets better though! After a couple teeth, it’s almost like they don’t notice or something anymore and they just quit caring so much lol. Marley (my 5 month old) just popped out two teeth a few days apart and I could tell her mouth was killing her too. She was POURING drool I was scared she would choke during her sleep it was so much. She was chewing the life out of ANYTHING she could get her hands on. And she just kept getting very nasty so I knew it was hurting her. Tylenol didn’t even seem to work for her.
Been there mama. It’s hard sometimes. After you’ve tried everything sometimes there’s no other option. I would just hold her and cry for hours. But every so often I had to put her down and let her cry while I took a second to gather myself. I hated it. So glad she stopped doing it for the most part now so she’s normally a calm baby. She just wasn’t the first 3-4 months of her life.
