Okay ladies got a question my baby is 3 weeks and 3 days sometimes he just cries and cries my bf said its where i hold him 2 much he said i need to let him cry what do ya'll do??
Put him on your chest on his tummy if you think it’s gas. He will start to pass it. Newborns poop a lot normally. If he’s grunting it’s probably gas. Def don’t let him cry it out. He’s not psychologically ready for that. He needs you. To smell you. He knows you are mama. My girl loves to be swaddled and rocked when she’s upset about something and her diaper is dry and she has a full belly. Sometimes they just want to be held close. Hang in there
Babies don’t cry just to cry, this is a big world for a tiny little baby and your all he knows. He might be going through a growth spurt especially if he’s eating a lot. Make sure he’s not hot, rub his belly do bicycle kicks.. good luck mamma hang in there
Smack the boyfriend and continue to hold by child. Jk.
If he's crying, there is a reason.
- hungry
- diaper
- gas
- tired
- wants to hear your heartbeat
- upset stomach
Too young to cry it out, talk to ur doctor 💙 something may be wrong or maybe just not comfortable.
I kinda do and do not agree a newborn can be spoiled/held to much. He is to young to cry it out but when he is happy and awake put him down and let him look around, my kids just liked a blanket on the floor looking at the fan lol. And try to also put him down while he is alseep so he doesn't get use to only sleeping in someone's arms. Some babies also really enjoy swings so you can have time to do things.
Yea think i need 2 i done all them i think it might b gas how much does a new baby have a poopy diaper still new 2 all this
And babies have a limited way to use up excess energy because they can't move around. My daughter used to just cry to use up energy. It took us a while to figure out, it was generally at the same time every day and literally nothing was wrong and she grew out of it. It will be okay! Your son is way too little to try to manipulate you by crying. You'll figure it out :)
There could be so many reasons that a newborn cries and one of those reasons most definitely isn’t that you hold your child too much. It could be gas or that he’s hungry or he could be too full. He could be tired. Seriously, so many reasons. He’s a new person and you don’t know each other that well yet. Try different things and give yourself time to get acquainted. If you’re not getting anywhere, reach out to your dr about it
He’s so used to being in you for 9 months you have to think you’re really all he knows I agree with previous comment he’s too young to cry it out
He’s brand new. This is the time you want to comfort him. Look Into 4th trimester.
He's brand new hes not used to anything yet. New sounds new everything! Do tummy time its prob gas. How much is he eating and how often? Eventually you'll know what all his crys mean. Hang in there mamma!
