Lactation teas, body armor drinks, coconut milk or coconut water are my go to. Hydration is important.

Pink drink from Starbucks! Or any refresher from there with coconut milk added. Delicious and good for lactation. I had a mango dragon fruit refresher with coconut milk tonight. Super yummy!
