The mom I babysit for constantly comes home drunk from "work" well tonight she came home drunk af, didn't have my money. I literally was at her house 11 hours. And left with no money 😑 then on my way home get lost, proceed to accidently run a red light get pulled over and get a fine for 120.
Again, are the kids alone with her after that? Is she driving? I'm more worried about the kids than her not paying you..
@laniejay the kids are in bed by then. She hasn't driven back home most days because she can hardly even walk. She's always at a pub across the street. She doesn't ever really come home alone. There's usually people with her that help her get home. Not sure how long they stay.
@familyof3.andcounting kids asleep or not, if they woke or there was an emergency, house fire, etc.
I'd open a venmo account and tell her to transfer asap. So do you just leave the kids with her alone when she's drunk? Is she driving home drunk? Maybe a call to CPS is warranted.
I feel bad for that ladies poor kiddos! And you mama....NO ONE would want to work a damn near 12 hour day with no pay. That's AWFUL! Have you tried having a conversation with her...when she's sober? Is this a regular thing with her? The drinkin AND slow to pay? Is what she's paying you worth all that?
They have apps people can transfer money to your cell bank acct in seconds For those who don’t carry cash! I would send her drunk ass a message I need my money today and you can send it via my cell bank to bank ,sorry You got a ticket they have ticket clinics too I pay about $50 and they go to court for u no points on license either ;)
Right girl, EXACTLY what I was thinkin! Me and a couple girls at work all have CashApp that we use for lunches. Like one of us will go get lunch for all 3 of us and we take turns on who has to run. We pull up CashApp and send our part of the lunch bill before they even go pick it up! It seriously takes less time to send the money than it does to order the damn food! Like SECONDS!
I don't have a bank account yall. And she comes home at 2 3 in the morning. I've talked to her several times that I don't want to stay so late. This is the first time she hasn't paid me.
