I'm not been tracking anything except my period on my wall calendar my period is due the 19th and my boobs have been sensitive for 3 days now and I've been having sharp pains in my abdomen and my sides Ive not trying nor preventing for the past 2 months any advice on anything I've said or if you've has anything similar and what was the outcome. Vitex question ladies.... I've been taking vitex for almost a week now, have any of you been using it and have had a period yet? ..... I took it the day before my period, unknowingly, and my period was lighter than my extreme heavy flow, and seems to have shorten to 5 days, rather than my usual 10 day flow. Anyone experienced AF change as this? Especially so soon.
Officially one day late... I've just realized that I'm one day late for my period. I've been so busy with my son going to kindergarten and preparing him for t-ball, and getting my daughters speech therapy and preschool in order that I forgot my period was due this week.
