Anyone have any suggestions or exercises for getting rid of tummy after a c-section. Little man is not 10 weeks old and I've definitely dropped in certain areas but my weight remains the same cause the extra stretched areas still remain and hang around. I know there's a lot online but I want to know what people have tried and actually gotten results.

How long a day did you have to walk for? It's been a bit hard getting out for walks with the crappy winter weather I hope to start soon.

I started off walking for 15 minutes just around the block at 1 week pp but don’t push yourself remember you just gave birth to a little human and remember everyone’s body is different
