I think in Oklahoma the law is two years before forward facing. So probably get a ticket.

In OK, 2 and under have to be rear facing, so yes, they could get a ticket.

If the law is 2 and under and the child looks younger then 2 probably. But I've been told they ask how old the child us unless they look younger
