Although even now I rarely have to use them, maybe for just like one day and that’s it

I waited until my 3rd or 4th period to use a tampon again, not because I couldn’t, but just because I was passing a lot of bigger clots for the first couple periods and wanted to make sure everything I guess “flushed out” first. Gross, but true🤷🏼‍♀️😂

Not till after the follow up appointment when they lift restrictions.

You have to wait 6 weeks after birth.
