Does anyone know of a way to get your system back to normal faster after BC pills?
I've heard cleanses are bogus but I'm going on month 3 with no period. 🤔

I haven't gotten pregnant. I haven't even gotten my period. 😔 This would be my first.
@adtiernan I did go to the doctor, she said it was PCOS, that I'd have a hard time conceiving on my own. So we were getting married that June and figured we'd go down that trip in the fall. Ended up conceiving my daughter on our honeymoon. It was NOT pcos but infertility due to the hormones. I have been pregnant now 4 times since unassisted. It will happen!! Hopefully it's not as long of a journey for you!
I took it to regulate my cycles after taking myself off the pill.
I was on the pill for 2 years took maca root vitamins and then the next month got pregnant.
I haven't even had a period after stopping my birth control yet. So not sure I need help with fertility yet, just more getting my cycle back to normal so I CAN conceive.
You should try the fertility tea by pink stork! It’s like 11$ off amazon. Tastes really good and it helped aid in my pregnancy! It balances out hormones and aids in fertility!
Unfortunately no and most doctors are going to say "try some birth control". It took me a year to get back to rights and I had every test imaginable done.
I had read, though, that BC depletes your Zinc levels and that could be causing some of the issues. I also had read a Paleo diet will lots of greens (and low carbs) helps. Only thing that I believe truly helped me was time. It was a year to the month before I ovulated again.
