Will someone post a really good way to tape a shin stress fracture? Yes I've looked them up. I have had it taped for weeks. Just looking for The Best Way.
Just started the tape this way today.
I'm at the end of the healing but I still have to be careful and will contin taping even after its healed for a while.

Awesome. It's at the point where I really have to feel for a minute to find the sore spot. So guess that is really good sign. I'm on the 6th week.

The first thing I said was that was a good k taping before I read it. You’re doing exactly what my chiro would’ve done because of how it’s supporting the shin. If I think of some other way I’ll post it
