So far all of my readings have been below the number that I was told to stay under except for one that was only one over. But I suspect that was because I made the mistake of absent mindedly having a small coffee between when I ate and tested. Hopefully that means good things. Haven't changed up my diet too too much, just cut back on pasta, bread, and added sugar to my coffee and things like that. Hopefully things will stay this way! My numbers with Henry were always a couple over what they wanted to see.
