when your baby was a newborn how often do to moms give them a bath??

For me I do every other day and still at 4m I do. Unless she absolutely needs one sooner.

In the nicu they only allow it every three days. So that’s what we do unless he needs it sooner. But every night, as a routine, we “rinse” off. It really helps him to sleep better.

Sponge bath or rinse off daily for routine and comfort but actual soap and water only as needed. Babies are generally very clean to begin with if we are taking proper care of them. Each wipe down or bath was and still is today followed by coconut oil.
