Ladies. At how many weeks do you usually install the carseat? And does the newborn carseat go in the middle and toddlers seat behind the drivers seat? Need opinions please!

I personally put the infant behind me as with my brood it would be difficult to reach over the others. As for installation most wait until the day they come home to install. If there's an accident the car seat's safety would be void.

Depending on the kind of vehicles you have , and if you have a toddler ,
As for installation you can install the base and keep carsest in the house until you go to hospital

I always install it when I get it, to make sure it fits and everything, and then I take all out, and I don’t put it back until we are leaving the hospital.

36ish weeks, only bc that's when we got it. Otherwise, I would've had it installed weeks before then. I have a minivan with 2 bucket seats in the middle and a bench seat in the back. My son's carseat is behind me (driver's seat) and the babys seat is behind the passengers seat.

@noemiix33 that's great! It's so hard getting around with no license. For the longest time, I didn't even want to drive. Lol. That's awesome everything is so close and ur daughter can take the bus.
Technically, they tell u not to drive for 6 weeks...But, when u don't have a choice, u do what u gotta do. I felt confident and it didn't hurt so I was fine.

@soon2bmommyof4, I recently got it and actually also just learned to drive lol but when my belly started to get bigger I stopped cause I was involved in a car accident ( wasn’t driving ) and I’m still shook by it so that has given me the frights driving pregnant. But I do want to start to drive once baby is here cause it helps alooot ! Especially with two kids, moving around is much easier.

@noemiix33 oh ok. Thays understandable Yeah, I didn't want to drive for the longest time bc I was also in a bad accident. It scared me so much, I didn't ever want to drive. But, I got older and got over it and realized how convenient it would be, especially since I already had 2 kids.
