Y'all my daughter has been sticking her hands/fingers so far in her mouth that she gags herself and sometimes even pukes I don't know what I'm gonna do with this kid

I honestly don't know why she does it I think she doesn't notice she's doing it she's only 3 months old and just recently started doing it and my little girl has always tried to fight falling asleep
