You’re 13 weeks.. so if you’ve been having this the entire time I would go ask your doctor (you can even call them and get a script same day in most cases) and ask for an anti medic. Like zofran is vey common or promethazine (I was on that my entire pregnancy since I had HG). But other than taking medicine you can try toast, ginger ale, saltine crackers and pretzels!

Try sea bands for the car rides.

u can get them at Walmart. They put pressure on a pressure point and help. My husband gets motion sickness in the car and since he started using them during car rides he can even look at his phone and not feel sick. He used to have to take motion sickness meds everytime

they come in pairs and u wear both of them.
