Tylenol or ibuprofen. The fever is likely her body fighting the ear infection. That’s a good sign. When did she start the antibiotics?

Do not take her to the ER for a temp that isn’t over 103 and comes down even slightly after meds.. just keep her hydrated and watch her symptoms

Yes alternate Tylenol and Motrin but place onion or potatoes cut up fine in socks, place socks on.

Give her Tylenol and alternate with ibuprofen if shes on antibiotics its fine..if it dosen't drop in an hour take her to Er

I believe tylenol is ok and also a cool bath maybe take her clothes off
