Has anyone else’s child dealing with acid reflux ever experience abnormal arching?

Does he cry as if he’s in pain while his back is arched? Is there a test to see about allergies like that?
@kia_ward26, I think there is a test they can do. Does she have mucous in her poop? And yes he did cry and would refuse to drink. Took 2 hours to get 2 ounces down. I didn’t do a test for my son I switched him to the hypoallergenic formula cuz I had the same problem as a baby so I already figured
I just got these new bottles made by Mam specifically for acid reflux and colic, it has actually slowed down my sons eating which is awesome and literally since I used it, no more spit up (they sell them at Walmart and amazon)
I am going to look those up, I’ve noticed how fast she drinks her milk as well
Her body tenses up and her back will arch and her arms are sort of erected fwd like, she will scream as if she’s in pain and her breathing speeds up like sort of a panic. It’s very weird and scary
@kia_ward26, oh I get what you’re saying now, my son did the same thing before I got these bottles (the doctor told me it’s a temper tantrum and my son wasn’t soothing himself) so I will pick him up and hum to him anything to calm him down and I always stay super patient now cause I could tell when I was anxious so was my son, when I’m calm, he’s calm... I hope that helps girl
My son would arch his back like crazy when he had reflux. I had to get him on reflux meds and then hypoallergenic formula cuz he has a milk and soy allergy
