I was upset when I found out I lost almost 25 pounds when I was pregnant. I was eating WAY MORE but I was eating healthy only. I was also working full time and constantly on my feet. ☹️ I gained it all back in the 3rd trimester, but don’t “try” to lose weight until after you give birth.

Unless you are already overweight, losing weight while pregnant is not recommended. Even then, people that are carrying extra weight are encouraged to eat healthier and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Not purposely try to lose weight.
Talk to your doc. Not recommended to lose on purpose while pregnant, cause then baby may not get the nutrients it needs. Some women lose in the beginning, but mostly due to morning sickness.
