So Baby is 2 months almost 3 and I don’t want to breastfeed anymore. For most women they are done feeling pain and discomfort..but for me I’m constantly in pain in my boobs. NOTHING I DO EASES THE PAIN. And after all I went through with my baby girl I just don’t want to be in pain anymore. Please if you have any tips or advice on slowing down milk production comment or message me.

If you’re having pain more than likely baby has a tongue/lip tie or both. I’ve read some herbal teas will dry up milk but I’m not entirely sure which ones
Cold cabbage, take it out once it thaws and replace so it doesn't smell. I never thought it smelled. Decongestant medication is supposed to dry up milk also. I think I'd use that as a last resort though.
@chasinghappiness, dang I learn something new everyday lol. Maybe just try not expressing any milk. It’s supply and demand, the more you take out the more you make. I wouldn’t know how to just stop, I think you may run the risk of infection.. I could be wrong. Good luck I hope you find something that works.
I tried that before and idk if it works because I stopped it stunk too bad 😂
@doubleksmommy, i guess I let them get too warm before changing them again. And I was extremely frustrated so I gave up pretty fast
