it’s neither if the room temps cold
It’s like Vaseline but not greasy when rooms warm it melts into an oil it’s so good!

Eucerin or aveeno. It it gets itchy an oatmeal bath.

Don’t use regular lotion. Use a cream. Cut out products that have Parabens, sulfates, and phthalates. Also could be linked to a dairy allergy or other allergy. If you are breast feeding, your golden milk is healing. Dab some milk on the eczema about 3 times a day.

We tried lotion for months then heard of a little baby oil in the bath...within five days/baths(night time routines) it was all cleared! Super surprised. Stopped using the oil and after a couple weeks it is still gone.
