I feel so sick. I'm wheezing and coughing bad. I feel nauseated when I stand up and all I want to do is lay down. I need to take by butt to urgent care but don't even want to do that. I'm a Google whore so I've Googled my symptoms and I could have acute bronchitis 😕 I've been taking mucinex and cough medicine. This is the sickest I've been in a while and I don't like it. 😢

UPDATE :

Went to the er and I do have acute bronchitis. They took xray to make sure there were no signs of pneumonia which there wasn't thank goodness. They gave me a steroid shot and prescribed me medicine for the cough.
