30 weeks ultrasound and he’s breech, dr said if he doesn’t turn I’ll have to have a c section, she wants to do a repeat scan at 36 weeks to check again. I’m extremely nervous he’ll stay this way, he’s been this way the whole time, that’s why I’m feeling kicks in my vag and have horrible and I mean horrible lightning crotch, I asked dr about it she laughed and said yep it’s from his position and will make it worse. She didn’t really have any tips to flip him other than to recheck at 36 weeks and go from there 😭

I heard bouncing on a yoga ball could help him flip

I seen on YouTube where a doctor flipped the baby through the womb.

My son was breech at 30 weeks as well. At 36 weeks he was oblique. By 37 weeks he was all the way head down and engaged.
Try to remember that only 2-3% of full term babies are actually born breech. So you have a really good chance of him flipping on his own.
I did cat/cow yoga pose and rocked on my hands and knees when I felt him squirming around. Did none of those things consistently. So can’t say they helped but that’s what is recommended. That and inversion but I don’t like that method because gravity pulls the blood to your head. In fact I’ve read inversion is a no-no while pregnant. 🤷🏻♀️
