Being completely open!

For those TTC, I'd honestly ask yourself.. Are you stressed? For a year my boyfriend and I did not get pregnant. He had an SA done and the doctors said that it was very unlikely for us to conceive naturally.

Well... I was about 5/6 months on leave from work. I worked a job that was stressful, but any job is stressful right? No. I THOUGHT I wasn't stressed.

I worked out, went to therapy. Got my mind right! The month that I was healed and on the mend.. Is the month we fell pregnant.

I KNEW I was more fertile than before. Before I had been using opk occasionally, fertileaid and preeseed, trying and not trying, etc.

That month, I had soooo much cm. Like it was a DRASTIC difference than ANY other time. I used opk and knew exactly when I ovulated (without even charting). I was so in touch with my body and I fell pregnant.

I say all of that to say lol

Stress is something to truly consider. Because often times we don't think we are stressed as much as we are! ✨

***(of course this doesn't apply to everyone and I am fully aware of everyone having their own infertility issues.) this is more of those who have done all of the testing and everything (with all normal results) and still are struggling.

@boymom123, I'm not diminishing your stress, trust me! Everyone suffers from traumas and experiences in their lives (you should definitely been seen, don't be quick to claim to have something when you may not!) it's not actually about the trauma, it's how you internalize it and how you cope. You could be coping with your past trauma and your change in circumstance very well (although it may seem to yourself that you're not). For instance, there's a difference between someone who cries at night because of something and someone who has high blood pressure and a stroke because of it. Get what I mean? It's more so the stress on your body that I'm speaking on...

I get what you mean but I’m stressed enough to where I shouldn’t have fallen pregnant if this were 100 percent true for everyone

Some people don't realize how much stress affects your body in a million ways. I have been extremely stressed out without even realizing it until the thing that was stressing me out was eliminated. Congrats on your pregnancy!

Yes! It is really one of the biggest thing that kills. I think people should be educated more on what stress is.. There so many different forms and levels and understanding that and where you stand can be a lifesaver!! 🤗 thank you!

Your welcome! I agree. I have always heard that stress is bad for you but I didn't understand how or what did it does. As an adult I have learned the hard way! My brother owns his own company & has a lot of stress. (Whether he realizes it or not.) And he looks way older than he actually is from all the stress & lack of sleep.
