Tested positive for strep B ☹ she told me what it was but I don’t fully understand can someone…

All that means is that you need an antibiotic when your going to deliver so you don’t pass it onto baby. I had it, they just give it to you in your iv.

I had it for my first son but for my second I didn't. It's just something you can pass on to the baby during delivery! You will get antibiotics thru an iv like the person above said!

I had that with My first Child but not the last two. They gave me penicillin but it burned My arm off like really bad turns out I had an allergic reaction but suffered through it. I just got tested for it with My current pregnancy but haven't gotten results yet. Don't be scared..it's not a scary thing

Not a big deal at all. Like others said, you just get antibiotics while in labor. Nothing to worry about.
