I saw my doctor the day after my baby had her immunization done at 3 months and he recommended I give her infant Tylenol. She was a bit fussy and clearly affected by the shots. It helped a lot. He also recommended to give her the Tylenol an hour before her next round of shots.

No, it’s not recommended anymore since there have been some studies that suggest the Tylenol can have an effect on the body’s reaction to the vaccine.
