Pre wash. The oxiclean kind works best for me. Something every parent should have lol. If that doesn't work I soak them in oxiclean powder and water and it usually gets it out.

I use shout spray . Spray it on the stain and put in the wash like you regularly would , comes right out for me

Did you dry it in the dryer? That will set the stain.
For stains I use shout spray. If it’s really bad stain I do the pre-soak with Oxy-clean.

Yeah I washed it thinking it would come out then just threw it all in the dryer not thinking to look at it but ill try that thank you
