my little brother just got a car off Offer Up for 2200 with 150k miles & took our uncle ( hes a mechanic ) & it was perfectly fine — just watch who you buy from .

Car guru is a good app. You have to do some digging because the prices range from pretty cheap to pretty high. Let go and offer up are okay too you just have to make sure you get it looked at before buying because some people try to sell u a crappy car for too much on those apps.

For that price, you might be able to find a decent car at a local auto auction or even a local “buy here, pay here” kind of car dealership. I don’t know of any sites where you can purchase a decent car for that cheap, but you can try to look at carvana. I would suggest staying clear of Craigslist or Facebook market tho.
