i always do it after. was told by a nurse that it interferes with the shots if you do it beforehand. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yeah you only do it after if they’re clearly in pain or have a fever. I’ve had to medicate my 17 month old half the time afterward. Sometimes hours after, sometimes days. The reactions are different for every child but you don’t want to medicate beforehand because it can interfere with the vaccines working in the first place. Always after, obviously only if they need it.

No I don't. My kids never reacted to it. I may have given it if it caused a fever but never had to worry about it.
